Fez, Morocco

We hitched a ride with some lovely young Dutch travellers from the Sahara over the middle Atlas range to Fez, passing such sights as a shepherd watching his flock of sheep graze on a roundabout at the intersection of main roads.

We are lodging in the ancient medina, in a heavily tiled dar with a rooftop view of a courtyard shaded by laden orange trees, medina rooves and mountains.

We wandered the medina.
